Mentors Make a Difference
We believe that children belong in homes, not hospitals. In our Medically Fragile programs, our Mentor foster parents serve the most vulnerable children in our communities. Many of these children may continue to spend their days in the hospital without a family to return to, or they may have families who cannot provide the care they need.
Mentor foster parents in this program do not need to be previously trained as medically professionals, they will work closely with our teams and medical staff to learn the skills needed to support each individual child’s unique needs.
